Shopping Procedures

We ask you to browse through our collection of prepaid calling cards as you wish. If you desire to buy international phone cards, just simply add them into the shopping cart and check out when ready. Upon checkout, if you are a new customer you will need to sign up for a free account. If you are an existing customer, you can logon using your email address and password to be able to complete the transaction and receive your instant pin(s). Since the PIN numbers are sent to the email address provided by the customer, it is the customer's sole responsibility for the accuracy of the email address. Phonecardphonecard.com will not be held responsible for any error or loss of PIN numbers due to a faulty email address. We will only use the information provided by our customers to fulfill an order (read here for our Privacy Agreement.), and inform you of our new long distance products which you may be interested in.

Delivery Method

PIN numbers for purchased long distance calling cards will be shown as soon as the credit card transaction is successful. A copy of the receipt is emailed to the address provided within a few seconds. In the event of any unforeseen technical errors during transaction, please inform us at support@Phonecardphonecard.com. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with their correct email address.  Phonecardphonecard.com shall not be held responsible for any mistaken delivery produced by a customer's false information. Phonecardphonecard.com also shall not be held responsible for unauthorized use of PIN number(s); stolen or otherwise.

Refund Policy

Phonecardphonecard.com guarantees the fitness of the phone cards we sell for up to 10 days from purchase. Due to the nature of calling cards and our delivery methods, we do not allow any refunds. You might be able to exchange the phone card with another one of the same value for certain long distance phone cards that we carry. However, this applies only if you have not used the card. Sometimes the rates can be different from the rate that we state on our web site due to a change on the card vendor's side. If an automatic message says different amount of minutes from what we show on our web site, please hang up immediately and contact us. Continuing use of the phone card at this points means that you agree to use the card with the said amount of time/charge. In this case, we cannot exchange the card for you.
